 In case if Accompanying
person (not a Doctor) is attending all 3 days a discount
of Rs. 500/- would be offered. |

/ Trainee is attending all 3 days a discount of Rs. 500/-
would be offered on submission of proof / letter from
HOD / Dean of the Institution. |

Registration if cancelled and due intimation in writing
of such cancellation is received by "Conference Secretariat"
on or before 10th September 2010, will receive a refund
of 75% of the amount paid. |

ANY CANCELLATION AFTER September 10th 2010, WILL NOT BE
ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND. |

reimbursements will be done only after 31st October 2010. |
