In case if Accompanying person (not a Doctor) is attending
all 3 days a discount of Rs. 500/- would be offered.
In case if PG / Trainee is attending all 3 days a
discount of Rs. 500/- would be offered on submission
of proof / letter from HOD / Dean of the Institution.
If accompanying person is a doctor,
he/she will not be permitted to attend the scientific
session unless registered as a delegate.
Every confirmed registration if
cancelled on or before September 10th 2010, will receive
a refund of 75% of the amount paid 15 days after the
event. ANY CANCELLATION AFTER September 10th 2010,
WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND.
